Mash the boiled potatoes in a big bowl. Add flour, salt, chopped coriander, green chillies, ginger and mint leaves. Mix very well and grate the cauliflower and green peas in it. Gently mix the paneer in the mixture.
Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well in this mixture.
Then make small balls of the mixture and coat it with bread crumbs.and keep aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan and Fry them until it turns crispy and golden brown in low flame.
Now the Vege Kabab is ready. Serve ir with Green Chutney.
