For Sauce-
Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic and saute well.
Then add ginger and saute it together.
Then add red chilli paste and saute it well till it turns into light brown color.
After that add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, white pepper powder, salt and fry this mixture well till oil separates from this mixture.
Now add sugar and vinegar and fry this mixture for 2-3 minutes.
Add some water by checking the consistency of sauce and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
Now the Schezwan Sauce is ready.
For Fried Rice-
Heat the pan and add oil.
Then add chopped garlic and saute till garlic turns into light brown color.
Then add all the chopped veges and mix all together.
Then add salt, white pepper powder and schezwan sauce.
Cook all these inn sauce and spices for 4-5 minutes.
Then add 1/2 vinegar and mix it.
Now add boiled rice in to it.Add salt and mix gently.
Then Add remaining vinegar, red chilli sauce and mix it well.
Then add chopped spring onion all over the rice, mix well and stir for 3 minutes
Now the Schezwan Fried Rice is ready.
