> First hit pressure cooker and add 2tsp oil. Then add Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cinamon Sticks and cloves. When it starts spluttering then add rice into it and fry it for 5mins and remove from flame. > Then in same pressure add 2-3 tsp oil. After that add add onion, ginger and garlic paste and fry it for 4-5 mins. Then add turmeric, chilli powder and salt into it. Then add tamatos, mint leaves and curd in it and fry for 4-5 mins. > Then add Soyabean and fry for 3-4 mins. After that add add rice and fry it. Then add Biriyani powder in it and fry it for 4-5 mins. > Then add water in it and stir for 1 min. Then close it with its lid and keep it on high flame. > After first whistle keep the flame on medium. Afer 2-3 whistles switch off the flame and keep the pressure close for 10 mins. > Then the pressure cooker and serve the Soyabean Fried Rice hot.
