First cleaned the Prawns.Then marinate the prawns with red chilli paste,soy sauce,tomato sauce ,vinegar/lemon and salt and Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and saute chopped garlic ,ginger and green chillies.Then add marinated prawns.Mix well and cover it and cook for 4-5 minuets.Saute in between.
After that add chopped spring onions and saute for another 2 minutes in high flame.Then remove from flame.
Then in the same pan add some oil.Then add chopped carrot and beans.Add pepper powder and vinegar.Saute in high flame for 4-5 minutes.Then add cooked rice, prawns and salt.Mix properly for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame.
Now the Prawn Fried Rice is ready to serve.
