Heat oil in a kadai. add in cumin seeds.
When it starts cracle then add onion and cook till light golden brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste and and fry it for 3-4 mins.
Now add tomatoes, salt and mix well.Cover it and simmer for 10 mins untill oil separates from the masala.
Now add all the powders and mix well.
Then add capsicum, green chilli and paneer and mix well.Pour some water and simmer for 5 mins.
Now add milk or cream and mix well.Simmer it for 3-4 min and switch off the flame.
Now the kadhai paneer capsicum masala is ready to eat.
