Take a pan add 1-2 tsp of oil and heat it. Then add cauliflower and fry it till light brown.
Then remove that and set it aside.
In the same pan add 1 tbslpn of oil and add ginger garlic paste and mix welland fry for 1 min.Then add onions into it and fry for min.
Then add green chilli ,capsicum, tomatoes and fry for 3-4 min on high heat.
Then add salt and ajinomoto and mix well.Then add a soya sauce and mix well.
Now add fried cauliflower and toss it for 2-3 mins..
Now add crushed pepper and mix well.
Now the Gobi Pepper Masala is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
