First dry roast black pepper, Coriander, red chilli, jeera and let it cool.
After that grind it coarsely and kep aside.
Heat oil in a non stick pan add onions and saute till light brown.
Then add ginger, garlic paste and fry for 2-3 mins. Then add chopped ginger, green chilli and turmeric powder and fry for 1-2 mins.
Then add chopped tomatoes and salt and fry it for 1-2 mins.
Then add the dry grinding masalas, corn, capsicum and garam masala powder and fry it for 1-2 mins..
Then add paneer cubes and saute for 2-3 mins on medium flame. Then add kasuri methi mix it well and switch off the flame.
Serve hot with chopped coriander.
