Heat oil in a Pan. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli and mix well.
Then add onions and fry for 2 mins.
Then add all the veges and toss well.
Add sugar and ajinomoto and mix well.Cook on high flame for 10 mins .
Then add cooked rice and toss well. Add salt, pepper, soya sauce and mix it well.
Fry on high heat for 2-3 mins.
Now the Chinese Fried Rice is ready.
