1- First take a pan and heat it. Then take all the dry masalas in it and roast it for 3-4 mins. And leave it to cool. Then grind it(semi grind) and keep aside.
2- Then take a pan add 2-3 tsp oil in to it.Then add onion into it and fry it till the onion turns golden colour.
3- Then add Chicken into it and fry it .Then add some salt into it and fry it for 4-5 mins.
4- Then add Ginger Garlic paste, Turmeric Powder, red chilli powder and fry it.
5- Then add Green chilli and capsicum into it and fry it and cover it with a lid for 5-10 mins.
6- Then remove the lid and add all the grinding masalas into it. and fry it for 3-4 mins and remove it from flame
Now the Chinese Chilli chicken is ready.
