Take 1 tea spoon of oil in a pan.Then fry patato for 2 to 3 mins. Then remove it from flame. Then make a fine paste of Mustard seeds, Jeera seeds, Garlic and Green chillis. Then take rest amount of oil in a pan. Then Add panch phoran and once it splutters then add the mushrooms and fry it until it cooks. Then add the fried patato cubes. Then add mustard paste into it, salt and turmeric powder and fry it for 1-2 mins. Then add some water into it and cook it for 6-7 mins on medium flame. Then add the dry mango slices into it. And cook it on high flame to adjust the water level as needed. Then remove it from flame and serve hot.
