First heat oil in a Kadha. Then add cumin seeds, shraded ginger and saute it for 1 min.
Then add tamatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder, dhania powder, salt and saute it for 2-3 mins.
Then add mashed patatoes, green peas and fry it for 2-3 mins.
Then add some water, cover it and cook it for 10- 12 mins.
Now add kasuri methi and switch off the flame.
