They built these Record Breaking Statue of Lord Shiva with their monthly contribution from their salaries Not only that, but they are also involved themselves in many other social activities Maintenance of Biju Patnaik Childrens Park of Bhanjanagar, organising Cultural Programmes to encourage the talented kids of the locality, organising Durga Puja, Kali Puja, Ganesh Chaturthi and Viswakarma Puja every year at their Sub-Division offices and many more social activities this.
Im writing all this Bcoz I am also a member of this Association and am really proud of being associated with this. The aim of our Association is to work for the betterment of our locality by providing them ample scope for Relax, Entertainment and above all a Holy Atmosphere. In these days, isnt it really strange and hard to believe that some Govt. employees, with their own interest and contribution, are working for the betterment of public and their locality But, we, with our unity and determination, have proved and made it possible. So, Friends All of you are gladly invited to the Inaugural Ceremony of this Holy Statue and Temple of Lord Shiva from 5th - 10th of March 2013 to witness as well as encourage the attempts of our Association, the BIDECA.
